The following communities are only representative of the nearly 150 communities served by the HomeFront program. If you do not see your city or town among this list, but you reside in one of the four counties, please contact us. HomeFront’s ability to address the needs of residents living in any community within these counties is dependent on the participation of volunteer teams, which changes from year to year.
